The challenge
This was a complete rebrand, not a refresh. Grain Free Mamas was closing and Daré Vita Café was opening in its place, which meant a brand new name had to earn trust before the doors ever opened. Crown Marketing handled the branding end to end, including the logo, so the sign out front, the menu in a guest’s hand and the site on their phone all spoke with one voice. A gluten free kitchen raises the bar further. Guests who eat this way read a menu carefully, and they will not order until they are sure.
What we built
We shot the photography ourselves, her food in her space, then designed the full menu around those images. The site is a custom WordPress build designed phone first, because most people look up a café while they are already deciding where to eat. Bright and colorful, with the menu and allergen information easy to find, and online ordering built right in so a visit can turn into an order without leaving the page. Seven weeks from kickoff to launch.
The outcome
The restaurant opened to great success, with the brand, the menu and the website all ready on day one instead of trailing behind the opening. The SEO campaign put her in front of people searching for gluten free food in Las Vegas, and earned her several Instagram posts with serious reach along the way. The menu, the ordering and the local search presence run as one system rather than three disconnected pieces.
