The challenge
They had a very out of date site that was confusing about what they actually offered and was not converting at all. A visitor could not tell in the first few seconds whether this was a cabin rental, a wedding venue or a retreat property, and it is all three. The design was limiting and amateur, with no way to check availability, no clear path to an enquiry and very little for Google to rank.
What we built
We built them a rank ready, well branded site that funnels customers toward the venue and the cabins, with a clear split between the two so each audience lands where it belongs. Every cabin and the venue got a real page with photography and details, availability checks run throughout, and wedding and retreat enquiry flows send a serious booking in as a conversation instead of a bare contact form. Five weeks, custom WordPress, and a sophisticated booking system underneath it all.
The outcome
Their new site shot up in rankings immediately. Shortly after, the phone started ringing and reservations started coming in. In the first week, someone rented the entire venue. The site does the explaining and the qualifying up front now, so the enquiries that reach them are from people who already know what they want to book.
