The challenge
Ralph came to us in a mess. He had built the site himself and was doing everything wrong for SEO, so there was nothing for Google to rank and nothing to pull him into local results. The site existed, but it did no work. No rankings, no calls, no clients coming from it. For a concierge healthcare practice in Charleston, where people search at the moment they need care, being invisible is the entire problem.
What we built
The first priority was to stop the bleeding, so we built him a clean, correctly structured site quickly and got him ranking. We came back in 2026 and redesigned it into what it is now: a new homepage, real service pages, a same day care request flow and secure medical forms so a patient can reach him without picking up the phone. Hosting, maintenance, SEO and lead generation have run continuously since launch.
The outcome
He now has a site that looks like the practice he actually runs, and one that ranks for the searches that bring patients in, built specifically for the map packs where local healthcare decisions get made. Two builds in, it works as part of the business instead of sitting there as a brochure.
